Dear Researchers Participating in the 3rd International Medical Sciences Conference of Al-Ameed University

We would like to inform you of the procedures followed for publishing the accepted research papers in the journals associated with each submission, as outlined below:

  1. The deadline for submitting research papers for participation in the conference is Friday, Oct 31, 2025, with the need to specify the journal you wish to publish in (see list below).
  2. You will be notified of your research acceptance status after it is reviewed by the conference's evaluators, along with the method of presentation (oral or poster).
  3. The Scientific Committee of the conference will inform the selected journals about the accepted papers and their titles, and the researcher will be notified to contact the journal for publication.
  4. After initial acceptance, the standard publishing procedures of each journal will begin, including peer review, formatting, writing style, font requirements, etc.
  5. Publication fees will be paid directly by the researcher to the selected journal after completing all required steps.
  6. The percentage of plagiarism in the submitted research is checked, and the research is rejected if the percentage of plagiarism exceeds 20%.

Al-Ameed University extends its warmest greetings and would like to inform you that in case your research does not fall within the specific themes of the conference, you may register under the first theme, as it broadly includes all medical sciences, biomedical engineering, and nanotechnology.
